La farina ti dire quanto basta, parti dal mettere sulla tavola 250 gr poi ma mano che incorpori gli ingredienti semmai aggiungine un pochina devi ottenere un impasto consistente (ma non durissimo) da poter tagliare in pezzi di pari peso per farne più ciambelle

Ciao, gli albumi di uova medie pesano tra i 25 e i 30 gr l’uno. Puoi certamente provare con l’ananas anche se il sapore è diverso. Fammi sapere poi come ti viene, può essere una buona variante!
